The John Brown Farm Road Property Owner's Association is governed by the Association bylaws. Board members serve on a voluntary basis for a term of one year. They may serve longer if the community votes to keep in their roles. The primary purpose of the Association is to use Association fees to repair and maintain roads in the community.
